Is it legally valid?

Yes. Electronic signatures in DottSign comply with eIDAS (European Union) and LGPD / MP 2.200-2 (Brazil), and meet the requirements of the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA. Every signed document includes a full audit trail, IP address, timestamp, signer email, and OTP confirmation, that can be used as legal evidence.


How does the process work?

  4. Signers open the link, review the document, and apply their signature, no account needed
